    Amazon's Customer Experience and Business Trends (CXBT) is looking for an Applied Scientist to help shape the development and evaluation of agentic systems at Amazon. Our team is dedicated to improving Amazon’s technical products through evaluating the end-to-end customer experience. Our team’s mission is to constantly challenge the status quo and drive innovation to improve customer experience. We are working on development of multi-agent architecture systems as well as developing methodologies for their evaluations.
